All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Refund or missing item requests that are over 1 week old will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any issues and/or concerns are raised in a timely manner. We take all necessary steps to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner with appropriate evidence, such as tracking and order confirmation & receipts, we expect the same courtesy if an issue needs to be raised with us.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items not in the same condition as when received
- Product packaging is opened
- Item damaged by the buyer after received
- Change of mind
- Sale item cant be return or refund
