Shipping Cost

We provide shipping by Australia Post is a flat rate of $11 for standard parcels and $14 for express with tracking. Bulky item would be flat rate of $15 standard parcel and $18 express. Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $300 Australia wide.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking numbers will be provided on the day of dispatch and notified via email or SMS by Auspost. Mastercoins are not responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable.

Please note any processing delays or errors experienced while your parcel is with Australia Post cannot be rectified by Mastercoins.

 

International delivery

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Mastercoins has no control over these charges, nor can Mastercoins predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

• • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-Orders items will be sent once the pre-orders item(s) have arrived.  If a multiple item order contains a pre-order we will hold the shipment and post all together, unless instructed otherwise. If you wish to ship your in-stock item apart from pre-order item seperately, Please contact us thru Facebook Messenger or contact@mastercoins.com.au

 

Shipping & Handling Time

Unless otherwise stated all orders will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of the order being processed.

Standard delivery varies between 2-7 business days* from the date of purchase.

Express Shipping is expected between 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking number will be provided on the day of dispatch and notified via email or SMS by Auspost, if you do not receive a tracking number,please check in ‘Spam or Junk’ inbox in your email or contact us immediately.
